Week 25. The
music for week 25 I envisaged as a "jazz rock hoedown" if
that makes any sense at all. The amazing band Back Door used to have
this flavour in their music. I play it on double tracked bass guitar.
You can slap your thigh to this, but not for long as it is very short.
I think that the short duration of this piece seems to make it more
powerful!
The image is in a style that I have used a lot in the past, but not
so much in the course of this project. The idea is to make the image a
sort of two dimensional sculpture, a relief without any relief! I
thought the music sounded sculptural and the two could work
together.
